Graphic Workshop Professional will print multiple pictures in a single batch operation, either one picture to a page, or with multiple pictures on a single page. The latter might be thought of as being the digital equivalent of a photographic contact sheet.

The function of Graphic Workshop that prints contact sheets is called Contact Sheets. To access it:

1. Select one or more images in a Graphic Workshop browser window – click on the Tag All button in the Graphic Workshop tool bar to select all the files in a browser.
2. Click on the button with the matrix of tiles in the Graphic Workshop tool bar – it's just to the right of the sunglasses. A small menu will appear. Select the printer.
3. The Contact Sheets Print Options dialog will appear.

You can configure the Contact Sheets function to print with optimum image quality to either black and white or color printers. It has a selectable number of images per page. It can also print your choice of footer text on each page. Its footers can include page titles, the date, the current page number and several other items of user-configurable information.
